• Harvesting and transplanting seedlings and rooted cuttings
• Planting bulbs, seeds, and potting or re-potting plants
• Pruning shrubs, trees, and other greenery as needed
• Weeding and maintaining plant beds and walkways
• Mixing and preparing soil blends
• Watering and general plant care
• Keeping your work area neat and tidy

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need a degree or diploma to apply—just a good work ethic and a willingness to learn. Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Fluent in English for communication with team members
• Previous experience (1 to 7 months) in a similar greenhouse or nursery role is preferred, but not mandatory
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with others
• Detail-oriented with strong hand-eye coordination
