Position Details
This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive hourly rate of $27.00, offering between 35 to 44 hours per week. What You’ll Do
As a Retail Store Supervisor, your role will be hands-on and leadership-focused. You’ll ensure daily operations run smoothly, support your team, and help drive sales and customer satisfaction. Here’s what your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delegating tasks and setting priorities for sales staff
- Hiring new team members and overseeing their training
- Handling cheque authorizations and merchandise returns
- Ordering and managing inventory levels
- Creating effective work schedules to maintain coverage and efficiency
- Supporting the team in selling products and engaging customers
- Preparing reports on sales, staffing, and inventory

What We’re Looking For

- Fluency in English
- Completion of a 1- to 2-year college, CEGEP, or similar diploma/certificate

- Flexibility, reliability, and a collaborative spirit
Work Setting & Conditions
