What You’ll Be Doing

This role is ideal if you enjoy wearing multiple hats—think of it as part marketing strategist, part communications coordinator, and part client advisor. As a Career Agent, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Training and supervising team members to ensure consistent performance and growth
• Acting as a spokesperson for the organization in media and public settings
• Advising clients on marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies that align with their goals
• Helping to create engaging content such as brochures, reports, and newsletters
• Coordinating special events like promotional campaigns, press events, and community ceremonies
• Conducting public opinion surveys to gather feedback and insights
• Planning and managing a variety of events including workshops and fundraising efforts
• Developing and implementing effective communication strategies, both internal and external
• Liaising with media outlets and maintaining those relationships
• Overseeing the creation of speeches, website content, press releases, and more
• Managing digital assets and maintaining a well-organized content database
