What You’ll Be Doing

This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves and taking on a wide variety of physical tasks. Here’s a closer look at what your day-to-day might involve:

• Cleaning up rubble, debris, and any hazardous materials from job sites
• Mixing and pouring concrete or asphalt for construction projects
• Loading and unloading materials, and transporting them around the site
• Helping to set up and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures
• Assisting skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters and equipment operators
• Operating basic tools and machinery like compressors, mixers, and spray guns
• Excavating trenches, grading earth, and preparing sites for foundations
• Following all safety procedures and keeping the job site clean and hazard-free

It’s a physically demanding role, but if you enjoy working with your hands and being part of a team, it’s also incredibly rewarding.

Who We’re Looking For
