Job Overview: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Farm Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the orchard. From supervising field workers to ensuring quality control and maintaining safety protocols, this is a hands-on leadership role that requires both experience and a strong work ethic.

- Organizing and supervising general farm workers and harvest labourers
- Planning crop production schedules based on light, moisture, and temperature conditions
