What You’ll Be Doing as a Food Service Supervisor

As a Food Service Supervisor at Belcor Foods, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and top-notch customer satisfaction. You’ll supervise staff, manage supplies, and uphold food safety and quality standards. Here’s a closer look at the responsibilities involved:

• Coordinate and supervise employees who prepare and portion food
• Determine scheduling methods and manage shift work
• Order ingredients, food, and kitchen supplies as needed
• Train team members on job duties, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Estimate and manage ingredient and supply needs for meals
• Maintain quality control for both food and service standards
• Handle customer issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Keep accurate records of stock levels, sales, waste, and repairs
• Generate and submit regular operational reports

Who We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Between 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in food service or a similar role
