What You’ll Be Doing as a Food Service Supervisor
As a Food Service Supervisor at Belcor Foods, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and top-notch customer satisfaction. You’ll supervise staff, manage supplies, and uphold food safety and quality standards. Here’s a closer look at the responsibilities involved:
- Coordinate and supervise employees who prepare and portion food
- Determine scheduling methods and manage shift work
- Order ingredients, food, and kitchen supplies as needed
- Train team members on job duties, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Estimate and manage ingredient and supply needs for meals
- Maintain quality control for both food and service standards

Who We’re Looking For
