About Mucci Farms

Mucci Farms is one of Canada’s leading greenhouse growers, known for producing high-quality vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers. Located in the heart of Kingsville, Ontario — a hub for agriculture in Southwestern Ontario — the farm operates year-round using advanced greenhouse technology. Working at Mucci Farms means joining a team that values hard work, safety, and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on role for people who enjoy physical work in a dynamic environment. As a General Labourer – Farm, your typical day could include:

  • Harvesting fresh vegetables by hand
  • Watering and maintaining crops, plants, and greenhouse gardens
  • Cleaning work areas to maintain hygiene and safety
  • Reporting signs of insects or plant disease to supervisors

You’ll be working in a greenhouse setting, which can get warm and humid — so be prepared for hot conditions. The work is physical, and you’ll need to be comfortable with repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, and standing for long periods.

Who They’re Looking For

Don’t worry if you don’t have a college degree or prior farm experience — training is provided! Here’s what Mucci Farms is looking for in their ideal candidate:

  • Basic English communication skills
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
  • Strong attention to detail and coordination
  • Reliable and punctual work habits
  • A team player mindset

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to get started in agriculture or gain experience in greenhouse farming. Whether you’re already living in the Kingsville area or willing to relocate to a rural setting, this full-time role could be the fresh start you’re looking for.

Work Environment

The role involves working in a non-smoking, greenhouse environment. It’s a fast-paced setting where crops like cucumbers, tomatoes, and other greenhouse vegetables are grown. It’s ideal for those who enjoy being on their feet, staying active, and working outdoors — or close to it. The rural location provides a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature and farmland.

Transportation & Availability

Applicants will need their own transportation to get to and from the job site at 1876 Seacliff Drive in Kingsville. Shifts are scheduled for early mornings, weekdays, and weekends — so flexibility is key.

Farm labourers are essential to Canada’s food supply chain. By joining Mucci Farms, you’ll be part of a team that helps deliver fresh, greenhouse-grown produce to homes across the country.
