What You’ll Be Doing

Who We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in English or French
  • High school diploma (Secondary school graduation certificate)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar caregiving role
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Physically able to lift weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Patient, honest, punctual, and team-oriented

Work Environment & Setting

You’ll be working in a smoke-free private home in Montréal, where accommodations may be available to support candidates with disabilities. The environment is respectful and client-focused, and you’ll need to be comfortable with physical tasks and flexible shifts.
