As a Reservations Clerk, you’ll be one of the first faces guests interact with—making your role essential to the overall guest experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is much more than just answering phones. As a Reservations Clerk, you’ll be at the front lines of hospitality, helping guests feel welcome and cared for from the moment they book to the moment they check out. Here’s a look at what your day-to-day will include:

• Registering guests, assigning rooms, and managing check-in/check-out processes
• Handling group arrivals, departures, and special event bookings
• Answering inquiries about resort services and local attractions
• Processing reservations, changes, and cancellations
• Managing payments, calculating charges, and issuing receipts
• Resolving guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Keeping detailed records of room availability, guests, and assignments
• Performing light clerical work like filing, faxing, and photocopying
• Assisting guests with special needs or unique requests

What You’ll Need to Succeed

We’re looking for someone who’s not only detail-oriented but also thrives in a customer-focused role. While formal education isn’t required, a bit of experience and the right attitude go a long way.

• Language: Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar hospitality or customer service role
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Personality Traits: Dependable, client-focused, and adaptable under pressure
