Your Role as a Dairy Herdsperson

As a Dairy Herdsperson, you’ll be responsible for the daily care and health of a dairy herd, working closely with veterinarians, nutritionists, and the rest of the farm team to ensure high-quality milk production and top-notch animal welfare. This is a hands-on job that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a genuine love for working with animals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating milking equipment and ensuring high standards of milk quality and safety
  • Feeding, grooming, and monitoring the overall health of cattle
