- Responding to guest inquiries about hotel amenities and local attractions

- Providing wake-up calls, answering phones, and relaying messages
- Assisting guests with special requests and addressing complaints or claims professionally
- Exchanging foreign currency for guests when needed
- Following all safety and emergency protocols diligently
- Performing light clerical work like filing, faxing, and photocopying
