• Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchen areas
• Disinfecting high-touch areas and operating rooms (if needed)
• Handling lost and found items with care and professionalism
• Responding to guests’ requests for extra items like towels or pillows
• Providing guests with basic hotel information as needed
• Emptying garbage bins and picking up debris around the property
• Washing windows, walls, ceilings, and even cleaning changing rooms and showers
• Helping to resolve any guest complaints or concerns in a friendly manner
• Performing light mending on linens and minor housekeeping duties as required
