Shadow Produce Ltd. is actively hiring up to 34 Vegetable Farm Workers to help with their upcoming harvest season. What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be contributing directly to the success of the farm. Your day-to-day tasks may include:

• Hand-harvesting vegetables
• Hoeing between crop rows and general weeding
• Planting, irrigating, and cultivating crops
• Packing and sorting fruits and vegetables
• Mixing fertilizers and caring for crop health
• Dividing produce into marketable and non-marketable lots
• Using farm equipment like harvesters and forklifts (experience an asset)

Expect to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions — from cool and damp mornings to hot, sunny afternoons. It’s physical work, but incredibly rewarding if you enjoy being active and working with your hands.

What We’re Looking For

This role doesn’t require formal education, but it does call for certain skills and qualities. Ideal candidates should:

• Be fluent in English
• Have 1–7 months of experience in a similar role (preferred, but not mandatory)
