IRCC issues 511 Express Entry ITAs to PNP candidates

Earlier in July, a PNP draw on July 6 issued 534 invitations with a lower CRS cut-off of 708, indicating some variation between rounds depending on the pool composition at the time of selection.
Distribution of draws by category
IRCC’s invitation rounds this year have been distributed across several categories. The largest number of draws has targeted provincial nominees, followed by Canadian Experience Class applicants.
Seven draws have focused on candidates with strong French-language proficiency, while smaller numbers of rounds have been dedicated to healthcare occupations, trades, and senior management roles with Canadian work experience.
There have also been limited draws for physicians and other specialized groups, reflecting category-based selection priorities introduced in recent years.
Total invitations issued in 2026
IRCC has issued 92,612 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) through Express Entry so far this year. The majority of these invitations have gone to candidates in the Canadian Experience Class and French-language proficiency categories.
Canadian Experience Class candidates have received 43,250 ITAs, while French-language draws account for 35,500 invitations. Provincial nominees have received 6,450 invitations to date.
Additional invitations have been extended to candidates in healthcare and social services occupations, as well as trades and specialized professional categories.
